New Normal

The COVID-19 pandemic was a period of time when the world came to a standstill. In order to keep busy and to fuel my creativity during lockdown, I shadowed my grandmother's venture to sew face masks for others, and made a small business out of it.

The name "New Normal" was born out of the unfamiliar territory of the pandemic when we ultimately had to change our behaviours to adapt to life as we knew it. $1 for every mask sold went to Canadian frontline workers at Toronto's most vulnerable hospitals.
